Step One Consultation - it's up to you
You may be thinking of a programme you need to make but aren't quite sure yet. We can have a telephone briefing call or visit. In this initial meeting, you'll have the opportunity to express your ideals for your video project and we'll make suggestions to help determine the best approach.

Step Two Quote and Engagement
You will be provided with a quote, giving you various additional options to help you decide how to best proceed within your allocated budget. If you are satisfied with the proposal, you will sign a statement of work. Once a price has been agreed for your project there will be no fluctuation in the final price.

Step Three Pre-production
Picture Box will work with you to develop a script and storyboard outlining the requirements of the production. When you are satisfied with the direction of the production, you, or a company representative will sign off on this milestone, and Picture Box can allocate resources and lock in shooting day(s).

Step Four Production
On location, in the studio...your project is under way.

Step Five Post-Production
This is the Picture Box "MAGIC" stage. Sweetening audio, correcting colour, compositing layers, cutting footage... you will see art and beauty emerge before your very eyes (and ears).

When you are satisfied that the final product aligns with the initial brief, you will sign off. The master tape and duplicates will be handed over to you, or distributed by Picture Box as per your preference.
All files also remain archived for your convenience on the Picture Box server.
